What makes you different from other local Photographers? Why should I hire you. Look at our work, our reviews, when you get a Celebrations Photographer, you are getting someone with a proven track record. If you have booked our Videographer and/or DJ they are communicating with each other and they operate as a team. We give you a High Resolution CD & Copyright of ALL your pictures at no charge. Our Photographers are Friendly and Fast. We won’t waste time on your wedding day; we understand that you don’t want to keep your guests waiting any longer than they have to.
How quickly will I receive my CD’s?
4-7 weeks after your event you will receive your cd’s with the necessary paperwork to order all albums that are included in your package.
How many pictures do you take?
We are not limited. Your CD will have all the pictures that we take, with the exception of shots of eyes closed, or pictures that did not turn out for technical reasons.
How would you describe your photographic style?
Our photographers incorporate all 3 styles (Artistic, Photojournalistic, and Traditional). Although most brides like to incorporate all three styles on their wedding, we match up our photographer with the style that you like the most.
How far are you willing to travel? Is there a travel charge?
We have traveled from Jacksonville to Ft Lauderdale to Ft Myers. Anything within Hillsborough and Pinellas county are included in the prices on our website and depending on the distance of your event a travel charge will be accessed per service (starting at $50).
Can we request both that both color and black & white photography be used at the wedding?
Yes
Do you bring an assistant to the wedding to help coordinate portraits?
With our higher end packages we may require a 2nd photographer for the ceremony. We do request that if you have a lengthly request list for formals that you have a family friend and designate them as a “Photography Cordinator” and have them help to round up the people for pictures. This will expedite the process and allow us to spend more time and thus get more portraits of the Bride & Groom.
How Much do you charge for Overtime?
If you book in advance it is $150/per service, however if you do it the night of it is $200. If you need multiple hours there are discounts, and we may also include some extras.
What new ideas have you implemented in the last couple years? Are you current with latest trends?
We have implemented more of an atristic and photojournalistic style. We encourage our Photographers to regularly attend conferences to increase their skills. We have a Photography Manager who spends time reviewing our photographers work. We also have our photographers learn from each other because they each have strengths in different areas.
Can guests view and order shots on-line? How soon will the photos be put on-line?
Yes, we can put your pictures online for your guests to view at an additional charge. They will be uploaded after the cd’s have been received in our office which typically takes 3-5 weeks after your event.
What is your event cancellation policy?
We generally don’t give refunds, although we will hold the credit which you can use at a later date or use for our other services. We may however, with Military provide a special stipulation in the contract based upon circumstances.
What are your standard payment terms? How much is the deposit?
We accept all major forms of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express). The retainer is due at the time of booking which can range depending on the package purchased (ex. Individual Packages 1/2 is due at time of booking with the final balance due 1 week prior to your event date. Our Combo and All Inclusive packages are seperated into 3 payments with 1/3 due at time of booking, the 2/3 due a few months later and the final 1/3 due 1 week prior to your event.) We are felxible and can work with you.
Do we need to provide a meal for the photographer?
If the Photographer is booked on your event for 6 hours or longer we do ask that you provide them a meal or allow them to take a 45 minute break during dinner to get something to eat.
How early do you typically arrive before an event?
We recommend that the photographer start at least 1 hour prior to your ceremony start time unless you are doing your formals prior to the ceremony and then we would suggest 2 hours. Talk to our Photography Manager, Stephanie, to find out what best suites your needs.
How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date?
For Spring & Fall Weddings we book up about 9 months to a year. For Summer and Winter Weddings about 6-9 months in advance.
