Amanda with some well thought out vows, being amazingly frank and funny, yet also deeply emotional. You have to hear them. The ring bearer, her dog, dressed in a doggy tux. Amanda & Eric met through a Eric’s frind from high school. Eric asked Amanda out wiht a cake (that read “Will you be my dirl””) in the beginning of her junior year in high school. They actually started dating 7 years to the date of their wedding 2011.
This ceremony was at The Big Oak Tree which is the closest to the Carriage House Stables (where the reception is at). They also have 3 other locations on property for the reception, The Enchanted Forest, a Open-Air Chapel, and The French Country Inn. We love shooting at Cross Creek Ranch, it is ideal for wedding photography and videography. It is very clean for a “country” style wedding venue with paving and well manicured grass on property. There is variety of greenery thoughout which makes for some great depth of field shots. The reception is in the Carriage House Stables which is fully enclosed with air conditioned (great on hot days), yet surrounded with glass doors and windows so creates a nice open atmosphere.
