Bat Mitzvah at The Tradewinds

The Bat Mitzvah of Cassie Rubin at the Tradewinds Island Resort on St Pete Beach.  The Bat Mitzvah is a religious initiation ceremony for a Jewish girl aged twelve years and one day, regarded as the age of religious maturity.
