Weddings on Yacht Sensation, Clearwater Beach

We have done 7 weddings on Yacht Sensation so far this year, and with the busy summer we just never posted anything from some of the summer weddings on this beautiful yacht so we decided post those pictures on this blog. I do not know why everyone does not get married on one of these Yacht Starship Dining Yachts. The scenery is great, the staff is amazingly friendly, and the food is terrific.

The latest wedding on October 15th, was the Destination wedding of Kellie & Brian Ehermann from New Mexico. They incorporated a ancient Celtic ritual “hand fasting” during there ceremony where one by one, members of there wedding party would come up and tie a knot as the Captain (officiant) ask them each a question regarding their commitment. When they answer yes the Captain would respond “The Binding is Made”. So ofcoarse we added some nice celtic music for the background.

Kellie & Brian met in college in March 2009 and quickly became friends. In October 2011 after a period of not seeing each other for 6 months they rekindled their friendship and quickly began dating. Brian proposed to Kellie at the top of the St Augustine Light House and she said yes.

They were married on October 15th on the Yacht Sensation operated by Yacht Starship Cruises. What a gorgeous day cruising down the intra-coastal waterway in this mid October Florida early afternoon. The wedding cordinator Amanda and her Yacht Sensation staff makes it such an enjoyable day for the bride and groom as well as her guests. Yacht Sensation had an amazing spread of food that you rarely see for a yacht wedding. It included both breakfast and lunch options. Designer Cakes & Deserts provided some decicious cup cakes and cake.  If that wasn’t enough, as always on Yacht Sensation the nice staff gives the guests freshly baked chocolate chip cookies on their way off the yacht. Such a pleasant experience for all the guests.
