Wedding at Chapel By The Sea & Clearwater Rec Center

The ceremony was at Chapel By The Sea and Recepion at Clearwater Beach Rec Center. The weather was perfect for Elizabeth & Michael who live in Chicago. Our photographer & videographer started with the bride at the new Edge Hotel on Clearwater Beach. It was a great place for getting ready, the backside of the hotel had some great areas with the Gulf and Sand Key in the background.

Chapel By The Sea is a quaint little chapel just a couple of blocks from the ocean and one block from the Intracoastal Waterwater. It holds up to 400 hunder people and is generally about $1,200 to rent which includes services of minister, organist, and rehearsal. It is right across the street from the Clearwater Rec Center, so makes it very convenient if having your reception at the Clearwater Rec Center.

The wedding reception at the Clearwater Recreation Center was catered by Susan and Staff with Catering by Robert. They have this huge bowl of Paella, Shrimp Creole or Jambalaya, just incredibly delicious. Sure beats your typical wedding chicken.  My 2nd wedding in 3 weeks with them.

The Clearwater Rec Center is right on the Intracoastal Waterway with a nice patio overlooking the water. It has some great areas around it for photography which you can see in this video.
